Host Range,Prevalence and Genotype Diversity of Akabane Virus
赤羽病病毒(Akabane virus,AKAV)是一种经蚊虫和库蠓叮咬传播的虫媒病毒,可使易感动物出现繁殖障碍和新生仔畜畸形等临床症状,其宿主谱较广,除牛、羊外,还可感染猪、马、骆驼、鹿、竹鼠等其他种类动物;AKAV的流行具有一定地域性特征,多流行于亚洲、非洲、大洋洲的温带和热带地区;不同地区流行基因型有较大差异,亚洲主要流行基因Ⅰ型和基因Ⅱ型毒株,大洋洲主要流行基因Ⅲ型和基因V型毒株,非洲主要流行基因Ⅳ型毒株.本文对AKAV宿主谱、流行情况及基因型多样性进行汇总分析,以期掌握AKAV的传播和流行规律,为赤羽病防控提供参考.
Akabane virus(AKAV)is an arbovirus transmitted by mosquitoes and Culicoides biting midges,causing reproductive disorders and congenital malformations in susceptible animals,involving a broad host range,including pigs,horses,camels,deer,bamboo rats,etc.,in addition to cattle and sheep.AKAV was predominantly prevalent in temperate and tropical regions of Asia,Africa and Oceania,indicating certain geographical characteristics.There were significant variations in the prevalent genotypes across different regions:genotypes I and II were mainly in Asia,genotypes III and V were in Oceania,while genotype IV was in Africa.The host range,prevalence and genotype diversity of AKAV were summarized and analyzed,aiming to identify the rules of its transmission and prevalence,and thereby to provide a reference for the prevention and control of Akabane disease.
