为客观评估青海省兽医系统实验室的整体检测能力,全面规范实验室检测操作流程,分析了2023-2025年全省兽医系统实验室检测能力比对结果.结果显示:2023-2025年,青海省市(州)级兽医实验室样品准确率分别为94.17%、98.33%和98.33%,实验室准确率均为75.00%;不同检测方法的样品准确率介于85.00%~98.46%,不同检测项目的样品准确率介于94.17%~100%;2023年牛布鲁氏菌病抗体检测(SAT)准确率最低,为85.00%.2023-2025年,县(区)级兽医实验室样品准确率分别为92.99%、89.57%和97.95%,实验室准确率分别为56.41%、51.28%和89.74%;不同检测方法的样品准确率介于90.77%~100%,不同检测项目的样品准确率介于91.54%~100%;2023年牛布鲁氏菌病抗体检测(cELISA)、2024年牛布鲁氏菌病抗体检测(SAT)、O型口蹄疫抗体检测(LPB-ELISA)和H5亚型禽流感抗体检测(HA-HI)准确率较低,分别为89.74%、90.77%、86.15%和91.79%.结果表明:青海省市(州)级兽医系统实验室检测能力保持稳定,但部分实验室SAT检测能力不足;县(区)级兽医系统实验室检测能力提升显著,但部分实验室ELISA、SAT、HA-HI检测水平有待提升.建议青海省兽医系统实验室以比对工作为契机,对发现的问题或不足及时改进,不断提升检测工作的规范性与准确性.

In order to objectively evaluate the general capacity of veterinary system laboratories in Qinghai Province,and fully standardize testing procedures,the results of proficiency testing for veterinary system laboratories across the province from 2023 to 2025 were analyzed.The results showed that,for the veterinary laboratories at municipal(prefectural)level,the accuracy rates of samples in 2023-2025 were 94.17%,98.33%and 98.33%respectively,and those of laboratories were 75.00%in all the three years;those of samples by different assays ranged from 85.00%to 98.46%,and those of different items tested were from 94.17%to 100%;and the accuracy rate of bovine brucellosis antibody test(SAT)in 2023 was relatively low at 85.00%.For the veterinary laboratories at county(district)level,the accuracy rates of samples in 2023-2025 were 92.99%,89.57%and 97.95%respectively,and those of laboratories were 56.41%,51.28%and 89.74%respectively;those of samples by different assays ranged from 90.77%to 100%,and those of different items tested were from 91.54%to 100%;and the accuracy rates of bovine brucellosis antibody test(cELISA)in 2023,bovine brucellosis antibody test(SAT)and foot-and-mouth disease type O(FMD-O)antibody testing(LPB-ELISA)in 2024,and H5 subtype avian influenza antibody testing(HA-HI)in 2024 were relatively low,at 89.74%,90.77%,86.15%and 91.79%respectively.In conclusion,the capacity of laboratories at municipal(prefectural)level was stable,but insufficient in the application of SAT in some laboratories;that of laboratories at county(district)level was greatly improved,but poor in the application of ELISA,SAT and HA-HI in some laboratories.Veterinary system laboratories were recommended to promptly correct all identified shortcomings and continuously improve their standardization and accuracy of test,taking the proficiency testing as an opportunity.
