陕西省乡村兽医队伍状况分析及思考OA

Rural veterinarians have played an important role in local animal disease prevention and development of livestock industry.The legalization process of the management system for rural veterinarians in China was briefly reviewed,the status of rural veterinarians in Shaanxi Province was analyzed from perspectives such as personnel structure,changes in the number of registered veterinarians,distribution of employers and professional competence,the practices and outcomes in registration management,capacity improvement,compensations,socialized services and digital supervision were summarized,followed by identification of shortcomings and challenges,including structural imbalance,low level of education,poor compensations,insufficient application of digitalized supervision and undeveloped socialized service system.Countermeasures and reflections were proposed in areas such as improving the socialized service system,enhancing government procurement of services,strengthening continuing education,promoting smart diagnostic services and deepening the application of digital supervision,aiming to guide the development of rural veterinarians with high quality in the province.
