基于PSR模型的陕西省商洛市布鲁氏菌病传入风险量化分析OA
Quantitative Analysis of the Entry Risk of Brucellosis in Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province based on the PSR Model
为科学评估陕西省商洛市布鲁氏菌病(以下简称"布病")传入风险,维持其全国首个全域牛羊布病非免疫无疫区状态,基于PSR(压力-状态-响应)模型,构建"传入压力×本地脆弱性"的量化评估体系;结合2024年商洛市7个县区养殖数据及地理特征,采用专家权重赋值、标准化处理等方法,对各县区布病传入风险进行测算与排序.结果显示:在现有的防控措施和羊群调运情况下,一年内布病传入洛南县的风险最高,风险值为0.445,其次是镇安县和山阳县,风险值分别为0.427和0.386.商州区、丹凤县、商南县为中风险区,风险值范围为0.2~0.3.柞水县为低风险区.商洛市布病高风险区域主要集中在跨省接壤、活畜交易活跃及养殖密集的县区.研究表明,布病传入风险呈现外源驱动、内源放大的空间格局,关键传入路径为西北方向(经陕西省蓝田县进入商州区、洛南县)和东北方向(经河南省卢氏县进入丹凤县、商南县).基于评估结果,本研究提出强化检疫与通道布防、推广规模养殖与生物安全防控模式以及加强重点人群健康教育等建议,以期为商洛市精准防控布病传入,维持非免疫无疫状态提供科学依据.
In order to scientifically assess the entry risk of brucellosis in Shangluo City,and maintain its status as the first free zone without vaccination against bovine and ovine brucellosis across the country,a quantitative assessment system of"entry pressure×local vulnerability"was constructed based on PSR(pressure-status-response)model.The entry risk of the disease in all counties and districts in the city was calculated and ranked using expert weight assignment and standardization processing based on livestock data collected in 2024 and the geographical features of the regions.The results showed that,based on current control measures and conditions of sheep movement,the entry risk was the highest in Luonan County within one year,with a risk value of 0.445,followed by Zhen'an County and Shanyang County,with risk values of 0.427 and 0.386,respectively,medium in Shangzhou District,Danfeng County and Shangnan County,with risk values ranging from 0.2 to 0.3,and lowest in Zhashui County.Areas at high risk of brucellosis in the city were mainly concentrated in counties and districts bordering other provinces,with active livestock trading and intensive farming.It was investigated that the entry risk of brucellosis indicated a spatial pattern of exogenous-driven and endogenous-amplified transmission,and was mainly from the northwest(entering Shangzhou District and Luonan County via Lantian County,Shaanxi Province)and the northeast(entering Danfeng County and Shangnan County via Lushi County,Henan Province).To this end,recommendations were proposed,including improving quarantine and prevention via distribution of pathways,promoting large-scale farming and biosecurity prevention models,and increasing awareness campaigns on health for key populations,aiming to provide a scientific reference for targeted prevention and control of potential introduction of brucellosis across the city and the maintenance of the free status without vaccination.
