Improved AZSPWM1 With Low Common-mode Voltage for Two-level Four-leg Converter
配电网台区柔性互联系统中,电力电子变换器产生的共模电压可能会引起系统漏电流等一系列不良问题,共模电压抑制脉宽调制(reduced common-mode voltage pulse width modulation,RCMV-PWM)受到广泛关注和重视.四线系统中,两电平四桥臂共模电压抑制PWM 往往存在不同桥臂开关器件的同时动作,此时,互锁开关器件的死区效应可能导致出现不期望的共模电压尖峰,增大共模残压,削弱抑制效果.文中提出一种基于电流预测和主动扰动的死区补偿的有源零矢量PWM(active-zero-state PWM,AZSPWM)方法,能有效降低共模电压残压,并提高并网电流电能质量.首先,给出变换器桥臂输出电流的预测方法,通过调整调制波的幅值实现死区补偿;进一步,为了避免电流过零时电流方向预测不准的影响,引入主动扰动控制方法,控制电流方向,提高预测准确率.仿真和实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性.
In flexible interconnection systems of distribution networks,common-mode voltage generated by power electronic converters may lead to a series of adverse issues such as leakage currents.The reduced common-mode voltage pulse width modulation(RCMV-PWM)techniques are widely studied and emphasized to deal with the problem.In four-wire systems,two-level four-leg RCMV-PWM often involves simultaneous switching actions of two different bridge arms.In such cases,the dead-time effect of interlocked switching devices may introduce undesired common-mode voltage spikes,increasing residual common-mode voltage and weakening the suppression effect.This paper proposes a modified active-zero-state PWM(AZSPWM)method based on current prediction and active disturbance dead-time compensation,which effectively reduces residual common-mode voltage and improves power quality.The paper presents a prediction method for the converter output current,achieving dead-time compensation by adjusting the amplitude of the modulation wave.Furthermore,to address the inaccuracy of current direction prediction near zero-crossing points,this paper introduces an active disturbance control method to regulate the current direction and enhance prediction accuracy.Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
