基于综合耗量的储能集群二次调频功率优化策略OA

在储能集群协同参与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)过程中,调频功率指令的合理分配是确保指令有效执行、发挥储能资源调频优势的重要保障.针对当前AGC指令分配过程未充分考虑储能电站各类损耗的综合影响,可能造成调频成本抬高、资源浪费等问题,提出一种基于综合耗量的储能集群二次调频功率优化策略.首先,考虑AGC的基本流程,从调频指令生成、分配到执行3个部分,层次化设计储能集群参与AGC调节的协同控制架构;其次,充分挖掘储能电站参与调频过程的各类调节损耗,构建综合耗量函数,并以耗量最小为目标确立每轮AGC控制周期的动态最优组合方案;最后,在组合方案确定的基础上,采取等微增率准则分配调频功率,并利用迭代修正法处理出力越限电站.通过仿真分析验证了所提策略能确保AGC指令的有效执行,降低储能集群参与AGC调控的总体损耗,并减少储能集群的平均动作次数.

The allocation of frequency regulation commands plays a crucial role during the participation of energy storage clusters in automatic generation control(AGC).A reasonable allocation strategy ensures effective command execution while fully exploiting the regulation capabilities of energy storage systems.The recent AGC allocation method insufficiently accounts for the comprehensive impact of various consumption in energy storage systems,which may cause high cost and resource waste.The paper proposes an optimization strategy for secondary frequency regulation power of energy storage cluster based on synthesis consumption.First,the hierarchical framework of the collaborative control is designed by considering the basic process of AGC.The participation of the energy storage cluster in AGC regulation involves three stages:command generation,command allocation,and command execution.Then,various types of regulation consumption for the energy storage station involved in the frequency regulation process are fully explored.The synthesis consumption function is constructed,and the dynamic optimal combination scheme is established for each AGC control cycle with the goal of minimizing the consumption.Finally,this paper adopts the equal incremental principle to allocate the frequency modulation power based on the combination scheme.The iterative correction method is utilized in dealing with the overrun power station.Through simulation analysis,it is verified that the proposed strategy can ensure effective execution of AGC commands,reduce the consumption cost of energy storage,and decline the average action of the energy storage stations.
