经阴道超声、血清β-hCG联合检测对异位妊娠的诊断价值OA

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 121 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to Zhongmu County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2025.Using surgical or pathological results as the diagnostic gold standard,the patients were divided into an ectopic pregnancy group(90 cases)and a non-ectopic pregnancy group(31 cases).Serum β-hCG levels were compared,and the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound,serum β-hCG level,and their combined detection for ectopic pregnancy was analyzed.Results The serum β-hCG level in the ectopic pregnancy group was lower than that in the non-ectopic pregnancy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sensitivity of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum β-hCG for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 95.56%,which was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound alone(80.00%)and β-hCG alone(77.78%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum β-hCG detection can improve the sensitivity,accuracy,and negative predictive value for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and reduce the missed diagnosis rate;however,its specificity decreases and its false-positive rate increases.This combined approach may be a useful auxiliary diagnostic strategy for improving the sensitivity of initial screening for ectopic pregnancy.
