超临界流体萃取技术在天然产物分离实验中的教学改革实践——以青蒿素绿色提取工艺为例OA
Teaching Reform Practice of Supercritical Fluid Extraction Technology in Natural Product Separation Experiment:Taking Green Extraction Process of Artemisinin as an Example
天然产物分离实验作为应用化学、制药工程和生物科学等专业的核心实验课程,在培养学生实验技能和工程应用能力方面发挥着重要作用.本研究以青蒿素提取为载体,将超临界流体萃取技术(Supercritical fluid extraction,SCFE)引入本科实验教学,构建了面向绿色化学导向的综合性实验教学改革方案.通过课前线上引导、课中实操指导和课后拓展训练的全过程教学设计,以及多维度的课程评价体系,有效提升了学生的实验操作能力、数据分析能力和绿色化学意识.教学实践结果表明,经过实验教学体系的全面培养与锻炼后,76.4%的学生不仅深入了解了 SCFE的基本原理,更建立了对该技术从操作流程到实际应用场景等多方面的系统理解;81.3%的学生反馈,通过亲身参与以青蒿素提取为载体的实验,他们切实体会到了绿色提取工艺在天然产物分离中的独特优势,认为该实验极大地强化了自身对绿色提取工艺的掌握程度;68.1%的学生表示,课程中设置的开放性任务和前沿技术探索环节,使得课程的探索性与挑战度显著增强,有效激发了他们的创新思维与解决复杂问题的能力.本研究通过将SCFE引入本科实验教学,并构建全过程教学设计与多维度评价体系,为天然产物类实验课程的绿色教学改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式,有望推动更多高校相关专业实验教学的绿色转型与升级.
As a cornerstone experimental course in applied chemistry,pharmaceutical engineering,and biological science,the natural product separation is pivotal in developing students' practical skills and engineering competencies.This educational reform initiative introduces supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE)technology into the undergraduate curriculum,using artemisinin extraction as a case study to construct a comprehensive,green chemistry-oriented teaching model.The reform features a holistic instructional design-integrating pre-class online modules,in-class hands-on training,and post-class extended tasks-complemented by a multi-dimensional assessment framework.Implementation results demonstrate significant effectiveness:76.4%of students achieved a systematic understanding of SCFE principles and their practical applications;81.3%reported a reinforced grasp of green extraction techniques through direct experimentation;and 68.1%found the open-ended,exploratory tasks markedly enhanced the course's challenge level,effectively stimulating innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.By establishing this integrated teaching paradigm and evaluation system,this study provides a replicable model for greening natural product experiments,with potential to drive the sustainable transformation of laboratory education across related disciplines.
