天然蛋白质纤维热性能及热解气体特征分析OA

为了研究天然蛋白质纤维热性能和热解气体特征,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)测试纤维光谱,通过热重-红外联用仪(TG-IR)和裂解气相色谱质谱(PY-GC-MS)测试纤维热性能与气体产物,分析纤维化学结构与热性能和气体产物之间的关联.结果表明,天然蛋白质纤维分子结构主要差异是羊毛含二硫键胱氨酸类物质,桑蚕丝含特定氨基酸序列丙氨酸-甘氨酸-丙氨酸;纤维缓慢热分解过程分为3阶段,其中200~500 ℃的第2阶段失重率大于55%,该阶段气体产物中浓度较高的3种物质NH3、含C=O和C-H烷烃类化合物是"烧毛发味"气味的重要来源,羊毛产物中含—COS—类物质是类似硫磺刺激性气味的重要来源;纤维在550 ℃条件下瞬时热分解,气体产物中相对含量高于3%的苯酚、对甲酚、羟基十一烷酸内酯、吲哚、十八碳烷酸和顺式-9-十八碳烯酸甲酯6类物质是"烧毛发味"气味的重要来源,产物中相对含量0.85%的CS2是类似硫磺刺激性气味的重要来源.研究结果为纤维热性能、燃烧气味的评价提供了一种新思路,也在纤维高温应用场景发掘方面具有应用价值.

To study thermal properties and thermal decomposition gas characteristics of natural protein fibers,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Raman spectroscopy(Raman)were used to scan spectra of fibers.Thermogravimetry-infrared spectroscopy(TG-IR)and pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC-MS)were applied to determine the thermal properties and gas products of fibers,so as to analyze the correlation between the chemical structure,thermal properties and gas products of fibers.The results showed that the main difference in the molecular structure between the two natural protein fibers is that wool contains cysteine residues with disulfide bonds,while mulberry silk contains a specific amino acid sequence such as alanine-glycine-alanine.The slow thermal decomposition process of fibers is divided into three stages,in the second stage at 200~500℃,the mass loss rate of fibers is greater than 55%.During this stage,the three substances containing ammonia(NH3),C=O groups and C-H alkanes in gas products are important sources of the"burned hair odor".In addition,substances containing-COS-groups in wool products are important sources of the pungent odor similar to sulfur.The fiber is thermally decomposed instantaneously at 550℃,six types of substances with a relative content higher than 3%in the gas products,including phenol,p-cresol,hydroxyundecanoic acid lactone,indole,octadecanoic acid and cis-9-octadecenoic acid methylester in the gas products are important sources of the"burned hair odor",and CS2 with a relative content of 0.85%in the products is an important source of the pungent odor similar to sulfur.The research results provide a new idea for the evaluation of fiber thermal properties and combustion odor,and also have application value in the exploration of high-temperature application scenarios of fibers.
