研究生退学意愿这一隐匿议题正通过数字空间广泛浮现于公众视野.基于微博"研究生退学"超话社区中212篇长帖文本,采用建构主义扎根理论对研究生退学意愿的生成类型与阶段特征进行考察.研究发现,研究生退学意愿的生成并非线性因果,而是多重困境并发的组合效应,具体呈现为三大类7种类型:单一困境驱动下的教育失能型、心理崩解型与外部挤压型,双重困境叠加下的教育失能与心理崩解交互型、心理崩解与外部挤压交互型以及教育失能与外部挤压交互型,三重困境联动下的教育失能、心理崩解与外部挤压复合型.研究生退学意愿的生成并非一蹴而就,而是呈现较为清晰的阶段性特征,通常历经现实冲突、决策困境与行动矛盾3个阶段的反复拉扯.理解与干预研究生退学意愿的"临界状态",需从结构、支持与文化3个维度协同推进:通过优化教育制度结构以预防退学意愿早期滋生,构建全程支持网络以纾解退学意愿的阶段发展,通过消解污名文化叙事拓展退学意愿的容错空间,从而促进研究生教育体系的健康运行.
Graduate students' dropout intentions,a previously concealed issue,have increasingly emerged in public discourse through digital spaces.Based on 212 long-form posts from the"Graduate Student Dropout"super-topic on Weibo,a constructivist grounded theory approach was applied to examine the types and developmental stages of graduate students' dropout intentions.Research indicates that the formation of dropout intentions is not a linear cause-and-effect process,but rather the combined effect of multiple concurrent dilemmas,manifested in three categories and seven types:under single-dilemma conditions,the education failure type,psychological collapse type,and external pressure type;under dual-dilemma overlap,the education failure-psychological collapse interaction type,psychological collapse-external pressure interaction type,and education failure-external pressure interaction type;and under the tri-dilemma linkage,the composite type combining education failure,psychological collapse,and external pressure.The emergence of dropout intentions is gradual rather than instantaneous,typically unfolding through three stages characterized by repeated tension:reality conflict,decision dilemma,and action contradiction.Understanding and addressing the"critical state"of these intentions requires coordinated action across structural,supportive,and cultural dimensions,including optimizing educational systems to prevent early emergence,building comprehensive support networks to alleviate stage-specific pressures,and dispelling stigmatizing narratives to expand tolerance,thereby promoting the healthy functioning of the graduate education system.
