热奄包联合火龙罐治疗对中风偏瘫患者肢体功能及神经功能的影响OA
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package Combined with Fire Dragon Cupping on Limb Function and Neurological Function in Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia
目的 研究中风偏瘫患者采用热奄包联合火龙罐治疗对其肢体功能及神经功能的影响.方法 选取 2024 年 3 月-2025 年3月在我院诊治的 112 例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各 56 例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予热奄包联合火龙罐治疗,对比两组治疗效果、神经功能(NIHSS评分)、肢体功能(FMA评分)、中医证候评分、肢体肌力(Lovett评分)、运动耐力(10 MWT)、生存质量评分.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后上肢和下肢FMA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组治疗后口眼歪斜、口齿不清、胸闷气短、行动不便、面色晦暗评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后Lovett 肌力评分、10 MWT均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后生存质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中风偏瘫患者给予热奄包联合火龙罐治疗可促进其肢体功能恢复,降低神经功能缺损评分,改善患者生存质量水平,提高临床治疗效果,提升患者运动耐力、肢体运动功能和肌力,减轻中医证候,具有较理想的临床应用效果,值得临床加以应用.
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with fire dragon cupping on limb function and nerve function in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods From March 2024 to March 2025,112 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Using the random number table method,they were assigned to control group and study group,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with fire dragon cupping on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function(NIHSS score),limb function(FMA score),TCM syndrome score,limb muscle strength(Lovett score),exercise endurance(10 MWT)and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of mouth and eye deviation,unclear teeth,chest tightness and shortness of breath,inconvenience of movement and dull complexion in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Lovett muscle strength score and 10 MWT of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients with traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with fire dragon cupping can promote the recovery of limb function,reduce the score of neurological deficit,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the exercise endurance,limb motor function and muscle strength of patients,and reduce the TCM syndrome.It has an ideal clinical application effect and is worthy of clinical application.
