当归芍药散加减方对女性青春期后痤疮患者总有效率及生活质量的影响OA
Effects of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder on the Total Effective Rate and Quality of Life of Female Post Adolescent Acne
目的 探究当归芍药散加减方对女性青春期后痤疮(FPAA)患者总有效率及生活质量的影响.方法 以 2022 年 6 月-2024 年6 月龙南中医院接诊的 60 例FPAA患者为研究对象,经随机抽签法分为常规组(30 例)与中药组(30 例),常规组选择异维A酸软胶囊治疗,中药组在其基础上给予当归芍药散加减方治疗,比较两组用药效果、中医症状积分(颜面潮红、粉刺焮热、皮肤油腻)、痤疮综合分级评分系统(GAGS)、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)、复发率及不良反应.结果 总有效率方面,中药组较常规组更高(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组中医症状积分(颜面潮红、粉刺焮热、皮肤油腻)低于治疗前,且中药组中医症状积分(颜面潮红、粉刺焮热、皮肤油腻)低于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组GAGS、DLQI评分低于治疗前,且中药组GAGS、DLQI评分低于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗后 3 个月,两组复发率对比,中药组较常规组更低(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P＞0.05).结论 当归芍药散加减方治疗FPAA效果肯定,可提高其总有效率,减轻患者的中医症状与痤疮严重程度,对其生活质量具有积极改善作用,且安全性好、复发率低.
Objective To explore the effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on the total effective rate and quality of life of female post adolescent acne(FPAA).Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,a total of 60 patients with FPAA who were admitted to Longnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects and randomly assigned,by means of a lottery method,into a conventional group(30 patients)and a traditional Chinese medicine group(30 patients).The conventional group was treated with isotretinoin soft capsules alone,whereas the traditional Chinese medicine group received a modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on the basis of the same treatment.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of treatment efficacy,TCM symptom scores(including facial flushing,papule-pustule heat sensation,and skin greasiness),the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)score,the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score,as well as recurrence rate and adverse reactions.Results In terms of the total response rate,the traditional Chinese medicine group demonstrated a significantly higher rate compared with the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(facial flushing,papule-pustule heat sensation,skin greasiness)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms(facial flushing,papule-pustule heat sensation,skin greasiness)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the GAGS and DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the GAGS and DLQI scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was found to be significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).In contrast,no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions(P＞0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Shaoyao powder is effective in the treatment of FPAA,which can improve the total effective rate,reduce the symptoms of TCM and the severity of acne,and has a positive effect on the quality of life,with good safety and low recurrence rate.
