基于数据挖掘分析中药复方保肝护肝的用药规律OA

目的 探讨中药复方保肝护肝的用药规律,为护肝保肝产品开发提供科学依据.方法 以"肝损伤""酒精性肝""保肝"等为关键词检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)等数据库,检索时间截至 2024 年 7 月 25 日,搜集整理相关文献,筛选有效中药复方,建立有效数据库,统计分析药物使用频率、剂量分布,再经高频中药因子分析、聚类分析以及相关规则分析,明确复方中核心药物,以研究中药复方保肝护肝的用药规律.结果 检索整理 143 个处方,涉及 239 味中药,总频次达 1399 次,用药频率高于 10 次的中药有 39 味,使用频率最高的是茯苓,使用率达 46.15%,且茯苓、葛根、茵陈和山楂的整体用药剂量偏大,而甘草的用药剂量则偏小.保肝护肝中药复方中茯苓、甘草、葛根等中药在治疗处方中经常配伍使用,且为核心用药.结论 数据挖掘揭示了保肝护肝中药复方以茯苓、甘草、葛根、枳椇子为核心配伍使用及使用剂量的用药规律,为保肝护肝中药复方的开发提供理论支撑和科学依据.

Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine compounds for hepatoprotection,and to provide a scientific basis for the development of hepatoprotective products.Methods The literature was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WANFANG DATA,VIP,SinoMed,and others until July 25,2024.The keywords such as"liver injury""alcoholic liver"and"hepatoprotection"were searched,relevant literatures were collected,traditional Chinese medicine compounds were screened,and an effective database was established.The frequency and dose distribution of Chinese herbs were statistically analyzed.The core drugs in the compound were identified by high-frequency Chinese medicine factor analysis,cluster analysis and related rule analysis,to study the medication rules of Chinese medicine compound for hepatoprotection.Results A total of 143 prescriptions were collected,involving 239 Chinese herbs with a total frequency of 1399 times,of which 39 herbs were used more than 10 times,and the most frequently used was Poria,with a utilization rate of 46.15%.The overall dosage of Poria,Radix Puerariae,virgate wormwood herb and Fructus Crataegi were relatively high,while that of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae was relatively low.Chinese herbs such as Poria,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Radix Puerariae were often used in combination with each other in the treatment prescription,they were the core of the traditional Chinese medicine compound for hepatoprotection.Conclusion Data mining reveals the pattern of drug use and dosage of traditional Chinese medicine compound with Poria,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Radix Puerariae and Semen Hoveniae as the core compatibility,and provides theoretical support and scientific basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine compound for hepatoprotection.
