腹板开孔冷弯薄壁槽钢偏压构件畸变屈曲试验与设计方法OA
Distortion Buckling Performance of Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Channel Steel Members with Web Openings under Eccentric Compression
为探究腹板开孔冷弯薄壁槽钢偏压构件畸变屈曲性能及其承载力设计方法,通过试验与有限元模拟相结合,分析了不同开孔形式、不同长细比、不同偏心率偏压构件破坏机理与承载性能.偏压试验结果表明:腹板开孔将显著降低构件极限承载力,且长细比越小,构件的极限承载力受开孔的影响越大;短柱主要发生畸变屈曲破坏,而长柱则呈现畸变与整体屈曲的耦合破坏模式.基于有限元软件 ABAQUS 建立数值分析模型的分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元方法的可靠性.进而对腹板开孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢偏压构件畸变屈曲性能和承载力进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,构件极限承载力随着偏心距的增大而减小;宽厚比与孔高比越大的构件极限承载力越小.最后将试验极限承载力、有限元分析结果与直接强度法计算结果进行对比,表明直接强度法计算此类构件屈曲承载力是偏于安全,可用于腹板开孔冷弯薄壁槽钢偏压构件畸变屈曲承载力的计算.
To investigate the distortional buckling performance and design methods for the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled channel steel members with web openings under eccentric compression,this study analyzes the failure mechanisms and bearing capacities of members with different opening shapes,slenderness ratios,and eccen-tricity ratios through combined testing and finite element simulation.Eccentric compression tests revealed that web openings significantly reduce the member's ultimate bearing capacity,with rectangular holes causing a more pronounced reduction than circular holes.Short columns primarily failed through distortional buckling,while long columns exhibited a coupled failure mode of distortion and global buckling.A numerical model developed using the finite element software ABAQUS showed good agreement with the experimental results,verifying the reliability of the finite element method.Further finite element analysis demonstrated that the ultimate bearing capacity decreases with increasing eccentricity.Furthermore,larger width-thickness ratios and hole-height ratios resulted in lower ultimate bearing capacities.Finally,a comparison of the ultimate bearing capacities from tests,finite element anal-ysis,and the direct strength method calculation showed that the direct strength method provides a safe estimate for the buckling capacity of such members.Therefore,it can be reliably used to calculate the distortional buckling bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled channel steel members with web openings.
