以《饮膳正要》中枸杞的食疗应用为研究对象,探讨该时期枸杞的食用体系.《饮膳正要》是元代的经典食疗书籍,较为详细地记载了颇具特色的枸杞食用方法,既有单服枸杞,亦有加入其他药物或食物制成的茶、酒、粥、煎剂,制成酒剂或煎剂的枸杞制品药效更为明显,而茶剂更侧重于日常的饮用.元代枸杞在资源利用、工艺创新、剂型构建及跨文化流通等方面的价值,为传统药食同源文化的传承与创新提供了历史借鉴.

Focuses on the dietary therapy applications of wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.)as recorded in Principles of Correct Diets,to explore the edible system of wolfberry during that historical period.As a classic dietary therapy text from the Yuan Dynasty,Principles of Correct Diets provides detailed records of distinctive wolfberry consumption methods,including its use alone and its incorporation into other materia medica or ingredients to prepare teas,wines,porridges,and decoctions.Wolfberry products processed into medicated wines or decoctions exhibit more pronounced medicinal effects,while tea preparations are primarily intended for daily consumption.Furthermore,the study high-lights the multidimensional value of wolfberry during the Yuan Dynasty in terms of resource utilization,technological innovation,dosage form development,and cross-cultural circulation,providing historical references for the inheritance and innovation of the traditional culture of"food and medicine homology".
