目的:探究管花肉苁蓉配方茶最佳提取工艺并对其缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功能学效果进行评价,为后续进一步推进管花肉苁蓉配方茶的抗疲劳机制研究提供支持.方法:采用正交实验设计,以总皂苷得量为指标确定最佳提取工艺,并通过小鼠抗疲劳功能性实验,分析管花肉苁蓉配方茶对小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素、肝糖原储备量及血乳酸水平影响,来评价其抗疲劳效果.结果:管花肉苁蓉配方茶最佳提取工艺为15倍水,每次1h,提取3次;管花肉苁蓉配方茶的感官要求、理化指标、微生物指标检测结果均符合国家标准,标志性成分茶多酚、总皂苷每100g分别为7.5g、0.6g;小鼠功能学实验结果显示,管花肉苁蓉配方茶4.50g/kg剂量下能明显延长小鼠的负重游泳时间、提高小鼠肝糖原储备量和降低运动后小鼠血尿素水平(P<0.05),各剂量对小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积未见明显影响(P>0.05).结论:管花肉苁蓉配方茶提取工艺具有较好的稳定性及重复性,该提取工艺下管花肉苁蓉配方茶具有显著缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功效.该研究结果为其功能性开发及实际应用提供了可靠的工艺参数支持.

Objective:To investigate the optimal extraction protocol of Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea and assess its functional efficacy in mitigating physical fatigue in mice,thereby laying a foundation for subsequent in-depth research on the anti-fatigue mechanisms of Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea.Methods:An or-thogonal experimental design was employed,with the yield of total saponins as the key indicator to ascertain the opti-mal extraction parameters.Through murine anti-fatigue functional assays,the impacts of Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea on mice's loaded swimming duration,serum urea content,hepatic glycogen storage,and blood lactic acid levels were examined to evaluate its anti-fatigue efficacy.Results:The optimal extraction conditions for Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea were identified as 15 times the volume of water,with each extraction lasting 1 hour and repeated 3 times.Test results regarding sensory attributes,physicochemical indices,and microbial indicators of Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea all conformed to national standards.The signature components,namely tea polyphenols and total saponins,were determined to be 7.5g and 0.6g per 100g,respectively.Findings from murine functional experiments revealed that at a dosage of 4.50 g/kg,Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea could markedly extend the loaded swimming time of mice,enhance hepatic glycogen reserves,and lower post-exercise serum urea concentrations(P<0.05).No statistically significant influence of each dosage on the area under the blood lactic acid curve in mice was detected(P>0.05).Conclusion:The extraction protocol of Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea exhibits favorable stability and reproducibility.Under this extraction protocol,Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight Formula Tea demonstrates a significant efficacy in alleviating physical fatigue in mice.The findings of this study offer reliable support for process parameters,facilitating its functional development and practical application.
