药食同源视角下"人参-白术"药对治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制解析OA

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease with an increasing incidence year by year.Its prolonged and recurrent course severely affects patients'quality of life.The theory of food-medicine homology is an important part of Chinese medicine,emphasizing homology and synergistic regulatory effects of medicines and foods.Although Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)have not been formally included in the list of"substances that are both food and Chinese medicinal materials,"they have long been used as dual-purpose substances with a long history of compatibility application,demonstrating significant advantages in the clinical treatment and management of UC.From the perspective of food-medicine homology,this article first clarifies the dual properties of Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)as both medicine and food,and systematically reviews the theoretical basis of their compatibility in Chinese medicine.Second,focusing on the core pathogenic links of UC,it deeply analyzes the mechanisms of the Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)medicinal pair in regulating intestinal inflammatory responses,repairing the intestinal mucosal barrier,modulating gut microbiota balance,and improving immune function.Finally,it summarizes the unique advantages of this medicinal pair in intervening in UC from the food-medicine homology perspective,providing a theoretical reference for clinical prevention and treatment of UC as well as the development and utilization of food-medicine homology resources.
