昆明市优化河湖健康评价体系思考OA

Against the backdrop of comprehensively deepening the river and lake chief system and strengthening river and lake management,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the health evaluation of rivers,lakes,reservoirs,and canals in Kunming City at the current stage,and optimizes the connotation,evaluation methods,and weights of indicators such as ecological flow/water level satisfaction,river(lake)chief patrol system construction,management scope delineation,and water supply index in the current river and lake health evaluation system in Yunnan Province.It strengthens the application of river and lake health assessment in the work of river and lake chief system,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of river and lake chief system.
