某水电站筒阀压油罐油压下降速率明显变快后,进行处理过程中出现异常振动,通过对筒阀开度编码器进行更换及对筒阀接力器行程调零的方式查找原因,分析发现筒阀接力器电气零点漂移和调零方式不准确是油压下降速率明显变快及异常振动的原因,最终通过向筒阀关闭方向旋转数字缸的方式进行零位调整使 4 号机筒阀运行正常.

After the oil pressure drop rate of the cylinder valve pressure oil tank in a certain hydropower station significantly increased,abnormal vibration occurred during the treatment process.By replacing the encoder of the cylinder valve opening and zeroing the stroke of the cylinder valve relay,it was found that the electrical zero drift and inaccurate zeroing method of the cylinder valve relay were the reasons for the significantly faster oil pressure drop rate and abnormal vibration.Finally,the zero position adjustment was carried out by rotating the digital cylinder in the direction of cylinder valve closure to make the cylinder valve of Unit 4 operate normally.
