大口径输水管道回填新型流填料的性能研究OA
Research on the Performance of New Flow Filling Materials for Backfilling Large Diameter Water Transmission Pipelines
相比传统管道回填材料,流填料具有自流平、土反力模量高等优点,能够解决管道掖角处及管侧回填不密实造成的工程问题.然而,普通的渣土流填料由于其大流动性且组分单一,在使用中依旧存在泌水及收缩裂缝等问题.研究比较了不同砂和膨润土掺量对流填料的水固比、容重、泌水率、凝结时间、抗压强度等性能的影响.结果表明:在保持相同流动度(230±10 mm)下,砂的加入改善了流填料的颗粒级配,降低了流填料的水固比;膨润土的掺入可以解决流填料因大流动性产生的泌水问题;5%、10%膨润土掺量的流填料可在固化1d 后进行后续覆土施工;综合考虑流填料制造成本及性能,得出 5%膨润土掺量的配比为最优配比,其流动性和强度很好的满足了管道埋置回填材料及垫层材料所需的要求.
Compared with traditional pipeline backfill materials,flow fill materials have the advantages of self leveling and high soil reaction modulus,which can solve engineering problems caused by insufficient backfilling at the corners and sides of pipelines.However,ordinary slag flow filling materials still suffer from problems such as bleeding and shrinkage cracks due to their high fluidity and single composition during use.The study compared the effects of different sand and bentonite dosages on the water to solid ratio,bulk density,bleeding rate,setting time,compressive strength,and other properties of convective fillers.The results showed that,while maintaining the same fluidity(230±10mm),the addition of sand improved the particle size distribution of the flow filler and reduced its water to solid ratio.The addition of bentonite can solve the problem of bleeding caused by the high fluidity of flow fillers;Flow fillers with 5%and 10%bentonite content can be used for subsequent soil covering construction after 1 day of solidification.Taking into account the manufacturing cost and performance of flow filling materials,the optimal ratio is determined to be 5%bentonite content.Its flowability and strength meet the requirements of pipeline buried backfill materials and cushion materials.
