中小河流水文监测现状、问题及建议OA

Hydrological monitoring is a fundamental hydrological work.In order to enhance the capability of hydrological monitoring for small and medium-sized rivers,the current situation of hydrological monitoring for small and medium-sized rivers is analyzed,the main problems are identified,and countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening hydrological monitoring are proposed.It is pointed out that hydrological monitoring should focus on implementing the"big hydrology"development strategy,increasing station network planning and construction,improving station network layout,continuously improving monitoring methods,enhancing emergency monitoring capabilities,actively applying and researching new hydrological monitoring technologies and equipment,expanding hydrological monitoring services,strengthening hydrological monitoring team construction,and continuously improving hydrological modernization services.
