双河油田A区长6油层分层注水先导试验与效果评价OA
Pilot Test and Effectiveness Evaluation of Layered Water Injection in the Chang 6 Reservoir,Area A of Shuanghe Oilfield
针对双河油田 A 区长6 特低渗油层强非均质性导致注水开发效果差的问题,分析了分层注水技术的适应性.基于储层精细描述,优选8 个注采井组开展先导试验.综合运用动态监测资料,系统分析了地质物性、分注工艺及注入水水质三者对开发效果的综合影响.试验表明,分层注水可显著提升水驱动用程度(有效井组平均达94.8%),并成功扭转开发态势,使自然递减率与综合递减率转为负值(如 G 井组综合递减率降至-6.2%).但技术效果存在明确应用边界:储层渗透率下限约为1.2×10-3μm2,且水质是成败关键;采用产出水回注的井组因悬浮物、含油量及硫酸盐还原菌(SRB>85 个/mL)严重超标,注水效果差.分层注水技术适用于本区,但其成功应用强烈依赖于"地质优选、工艺精准、水质达标"三者的协同.建议在物性达标区推广,并严格将 SRB≤10 个/mL、回注水油质量浓度≤10 mg/L 作为核心水质管控指标.
To address the poor performance of water injection development caused by strong heterogeneity in the ultra-low permeability Chang 6 reservoir of Block A,Shuanghe Oilfield,this study evaluates the adaptability of layered water injection technology.Based on detailed reservoir characterization,eight injection-production well groups were selected for a pilot test.Dynamic monitoring data were comprehensively utilized to conduct acoupled analysis of the impacts of geological properties,injection technology,and injected water quality on development performance.The trial demonstrated that layered water injection significantly improves the sweepefficiency(averaging 94.8%in effective well groups)and successfully reverses the production decline trend,turning both the natural and comprehensive decline rates negative(e.g.,the comprehensive decline rate in Well Group G dropped to-6.2%).However,the technical effectiveness has clear application boundaries:the lower limit of res-ervoir permeability is approximately 1.2×10-3 μm2,and water quality is a critical success factor.Well groups using produced water reinjection performed poorly due to severe exceedances in suspended solids,oil content,and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB>85 cells/mL).Layered water injection technology is suitable for this area,but its successful application strongly depends on the synergy among"geological optimization,pre-cise engineering,and standard-compliant water quality."It is recommended that this technology be promoted in zones meeting the permeability criteria and that core water quality control indicators,specifically SRB≤10 cells/mL and oil content≤10 mg/L,be strictly enforced.
