循环流化床锅炉数值模拟方法及燃烧特性研究OA

Study on the Numerical Simulation Method and Combustion Characteristics of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers

循环流化床锅炉是一种清洁燃烧煤的核心技术,它可以利用多种低品位的固体燃料,如垃圾、生物质、煤等,实现高效、低污染的能源利用.为探索合适的煤燃烧模型.文章采用组分输运模型,以锅炉燃烧为背景,通过DPM 模型研究了循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程;对循环流化床锅炉的布风板、返料装置等建立了相应的简化模型;得到了循环流化床锅炉的温度场分布、组分浓度分布,同时也研究了燃料尺寸、过量空气系数等对锅炉燃烧状况及温度分布的影响.结果表示了锅炉燃烧过程中温度分布与锅炉内位置和气流分布的关系,离散相浓度分布范围与离散相燃尽速率受过量空气系数的影响.

Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a core technology of clean combustion,which can use a variety of low-grade solid fuels,such as garbage,biomass,coal,etc.,to achieve efficient and low-pollution energy utilization.In order to explore a suitable coal combustion model,this paper uses the component transport model,takes boiler combustion as the background,and studies the combustion process of circulating flu-idized bed boiler through DPM model.The corresponding simplified model of the air distribution plate and the return device of the circulating fluidized bed boiler were established.The temperature field distribution and component concentration distribution of circulating fluidized bed boiler were obtained,and the effects of fuel size and excess air coefficient on the combustion status and temperature distribution of boiler were also studied.The results show the relationship between temperature distribution and position and airflow distribution in the boiler combustion process,and the discrete phase concentration distribution range and discrete phase burnout rate are affected by the excess air coefficient.
