Review of imaging-based deep learning applied in assessment of microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma
介绍了深度学习(deep learning,DL)的基本原理及其在医疗领域中应用的优势,综述了基于CT、MRI、超声、PET-CT等影像学技术的DL在评估肝细胞癌微血管侵犯(microvascular invasion,MVI)中的应用现状,分析了基于影像学的DL在评估肝细胞癌MVI中面临的挑战并提出了未来的发展方向.
The basic principle of deep learning(DL)and its advantages when applied in medical field were introduced.The present situation of DL based on imaging technologies such as CT,MRI,ultrasonography and PET-CT was reviewed when used for assessing microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma.The challenges faced by the imaging-based DL were analyzed during the assessment of microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma,and the future development directions were pointed out.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(4):93-100]
