目的:设计医学影像数据平台,以实现多模态医学影像数据的高效流转、标准化治理和深度应用.方法:该平台基于粤康链应用系统构建,集成人工智能和区块链技术设计,采用前后端分离模式和Java语言开发,由多模态医学影像数据采集系统、多模态医学影像精准检索系统、医学影像数据资产院内运营管理系统、医学影像科研专病系统、影像处理分析与建模系统、影像AI识别集成引擎系统组成.结果:该平台能够实现多模态医学影像数据的采集、精准检索、标准化处理、智能识别等功能,且能够在不同操作系统上兼容运行,有效促进了医学影像数据的共享与开放.结论:该平台为医学影像数据的管理、治理、挖掘和流通难题提供了有效的解决方案,可满足临床与科研的应用需求.

Objective To design a medical imaging data platform to enable efficient exchange,standardized management and advanced utilization of multimodal medical imaging data.Methods A medical imaging data platform based on Guangdong Health Chain was designed with AI and blockchain technologies and developed by using the front-end/back-end separation architecture and Java programming language,which was composed of a multimodal medical imaging data acquisition system,a multimodal disease medical imaging precision retrieval system,a hospital-based medical imaging data asset management system,a specialized disease medical imaging research system,an imaging processing,analysis and modeling system and an integrated AI recognition engine system.Results The platform facilitated the acquisition,precise retrieval,standardized processing and intelligent recognition of multimodal medical imaging data,and was compatible with various operating systems,thereby effectively promoting the sharing and openness of medical imaging data.Conclusion The platform contributes to the management,governing,mining and sharing of medical imaging data,and meets the requirements for clinical and scientific research application.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(4):56-64]
