目的:采用有限元法研究低强度脉冲超声(low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)参数对骨小梁和成骨细胞力学分布的影响规律,以期为防治骨质疏松症提供参考.方法:使用COMSOL Multiphysics 6.1软件构建包含骨小梁、骨髓液、成骨细胞(含细胞核)的松质骨三维有限元模型,选取无超声作用工况及不同LIPUS参数[声强I分别为10、20、30、40、50 mW/cm2,占空比(duty cycle,DC)分别为10%、20%、25%、33%、50%]两两组合作用的工况进行模拟研究,分析各工况下骨小梁和成骨细胞(含细胞核)的应力分布.结果:LIPUS作用可显著影响骨小梁和成骨细胞(含细胞核)的von Mises应力分布,且细胞核处的von Mises应力明显高于细胞的其他区域.骨小梁的von Mises应力与I、DC均正相关;成骨细胞(含细胞核)的von Mises应力与I正相关,DC为33%时von Mises应力平均值最大.结论:在LIPUS作用下,骨小梁和成骨细胞(含细胞核)的力学分布规律具有显著的参数依赖特性,可根据需求精准调控超声参数,防治骨质疏松症.

Objective To study the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS)parameters interaction on the stress distribution of trabecular bone and osteoblasts with the finite element method,so as to provide insights for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods A three-dimensional finite element model of cancellous bone including trabecular bone,bone marrow fluid and osteoblasts(including nucleus)was constructed with COMSOL Multiphysics 6.1 software.A simulation study was carried out for the operating condition involving no ultrasound and those formed by pairing different LIPUS parameters(sound intensity I of 10,20,30,40 and 50 mW/cm² and duty cycles(DC)of 10%,20%,25%,33%and 50%),in order to analyze the stress distribution in trabecular bone and osteoblasts(including nucleus)under each condition.Results The LIPUS significantly affected the von Mises stress distribution in trabecular bone and osteoblasts(including nucleus),with von Mises stress at the cell nucleus being significantly higher than in other regions of the cell.The von Mises stress in trabecular bone was positively correlated with both sound intensity I and DC;the von Mises stress in osteoblasts(including nucleus)was positively correlated with sound intensity I,and the average von Mises stress was the highest when DC was 33%.Conclusion Under the influence of LIPUS,the mechanical distribution patterns of trabecular bone and osteob-lasts(including nucleus)exhibit significant parameter-dependent characteristics;and ultrasound parameters can be preci-sely adjusted as needed to prevent and treat osteoporosis.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(2):44-50]
