磁共振成像技术评估直肠癌肿瘤出芽的研究进展OA
Research Progress on Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Evaluating Tumor Bud-ding in Rectal Cancer
直肠癌是临床常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,肿瘤出芽作为其关键生物学特征,是病情风险分层与临床决策的核心参考指标.磁共振成像(MRI)作为一种无创、无电离辐射的生物医学成像技术,凭借软组织高分辨率、多平面成像能力等优势,已成为直肠癌临床评估的核心影像学手段.本文系统综述直肠癌肿瘤出芽的病理特征与临床意义、MRI技术在直肠癌肿瘤出芽评估中的应用现状以及MRI各技术的临床优势与局限性,以期为后续相关研究开展、临床诊疗方案优化及直肠癌肿瘤出芽的无创术前评估提供新思路与参考依据.
Rectal cancer is one of the common malignant gastrointestinal tumors in clinical practice.As a key biological feature,tumor budding serves as a core reference indicator for risk stratification and clinical decision-making.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),a noninvasive biomedical imaging technique without ionizing radiation,has become a core imaging modality for the clinical evaluation of rectal cancer owing to its advantages such as high soft-tissue resolution and multiplanar imaging capability.This article systematically reviewed the pathological characteristics and clinical significance of tumor budding in rectal cancer,the application status of MRI techniques for evaluating tumor budding in rectal cancer,as well as the clinical advantages and limitations of various MRI sequences,aiming to provide new ideas and references for subsequent related research,optimization of clinical diagnosis and treatment protocols,and noninvasive preoperative assessment of tumor budding in rectal cancer.
