Operational Difficulties and Solutions for Zero Liquid Discharge in the Iron and Steel Industry

为积极响应节能减排与清洁生产政策,推动废水资源化再利用,达成废水零排放目标,越来越多的钢铁企业开始建设废水零排放设施,但实际运行中却暴露出诸多问题.为解决该困境,重点梳理了零排放工艺中预处理、膜浓缩、膜分盐运行过程中常见问题,分析问题产生的原因,提出针对性解决方案与操作建议,为零排放系统后续稳定运行提供实践指导.

In active response to policies on energy conservation,emission reduction,and cleaner production,and to promote wastewater resource reuse and achieve Zero Liquid Discharge(ZLD)goals,an increasing number of iron and steel enterprises have begun constructing ZLD facili-ties.However,numerous problems have emerged during actual operation.To address this predica-ment,this paper systematically reviews common problems encountered during the operation of pre-treatment,membrane concentration,and membrane salt separation processes within ZLD systems.It analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes targeted solutions and operational sugges-tions,providing practical guidance for the subsequent stable operation of ZLD systems.
