煤气柜作为钢铁企业煤气储存与压力调节的核心设施,其稳定运行关乎企业的生产安全.某企业1台投运25年的150 000 m³稀油密封煤气柜,因柜顶腐蚀穿孔导致雨水渗入,引发活塞倾斜超标,严重威胁系统安全运行.在深入分析腐蚀穿孔与活塞倾斜成因的基础上,提出了精细化抽水与动态配重调整的应急处置策略,同步采用补焊与卷材对柜顶实施临时堵漏.作业过程中,为精准控制柜容,构建了活塞力矩平衡模型,推导出配重迁移量与活塞积水深度的线性关系,并依据力矩平衡原理科学矫正活塞倾斜量.实践结果表明,应急处置后活塞倾斜度从220 mm降至50 mm,设备安全隐患得到了有效控制,为同类设备应急处置提供了工程参考.

As core facilities for gas storage and pressure regulation in iron and steel enter-prises,the stable operation of gas holders is crucial for production safety.In one enterprise,a 150 000 m³ oil-sealed gas holder that had been in operation for 25 years experienced rainwater in-gress due to corrosion perforation of its roof,causing the piston tilt to exceed allowable limits and se-riously threatening the safe operation of the system.Based on an in-depth analysis of the causes of corrosion perforation and piston tilt,an emergency treatment strategy involving precise water pump-ing and dynamic counterweight adjustment was proposed,concurrently implementing temporary leak sealing on the roof using repair welding and roll materials.During the operation,in order to pre-cisely control the holder volume,a piston torque balance model was constructed,deriving a linear relationship between the counterweight displacement and the depth of accumulated water on the pis-ton.The piston tilt was scientifically corrected based on the torque balance principle.Practical re-sults showed that the piston tilt was reduced from 220 mm to 50 mm after the emergency treatment,effectively controlling the potential safety hazard of the equipment and providing an engineering ref-erence for the emergency treatment of similar facilities.
