轴振问题是影响汽轮机正常运行的重要因素之一.以湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司1#150 MW超高温亚临界汽轮机为研究对象,针对其运行中出现的3X轴振动异常,通过频谱、轴心轨迹及振动响应分析,诊断出轴系存在动静碰磨、油挡积碳、轴承支撑刚度不足等缺陷.采取检修与运行优化措施加以解决,有效控制了轴振动趋势.

Shaft vibration is a critical factor affecting the normal operation of steam turbines.Taking the 1#150 MW ultra-high temperature subcritical steam turbine of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this study investigates the abnormal 3X shaft vibration encountered during its operation.Through spectrum analysis,shaft centerline orbit analysis,and vi-bration response analysis,defects such as rotor-stator rubbing,carbon deposit in oil baffles,and in-sufficient bearing support stiffness were diagnosed within the shafting system.Maintenance and op-erational optimization measures were implemented to address these issues,effectively controlling the shaft vibration trend.
