针对某车轮厂坯料炉前物流流程存在的碎片化、人工依赖度高、重载装备协同性不足、全流程溯源管控缺失等问题,开展了坯料物流数智化升级改造项目.通过重构物流工艺、研发核心智能装备、搭建融合数字孪生的管控系统,创新形成了"连续化-自动化-高效率"的物流新工艺,构建了高精度重载装备集群与全链路数智管控体系,建成了车轮坯料数智物流生产线,为车轮制造物流的数字化转型提供了关键技术支撑.

Addressing bottleneck problems in pre-furnace billet logistics process at a wheel plant,such as fragmentation,high reliance on manual labor,insufficient coordination of heavy-duty equipment,and lack of whole-process traceability control,the project carried out a digital and intelligent upgrade of the billet logistics system.By restructuring the logistics process,developing core intelligent equipment,and building a management and control system integrated with digital twins,an innovative new logistics process characterized by"continuity-automation-high efficiency"was formed.A high-precision heavy-duty equipment cluster and a full-link digital-intelligent man-agement and control system were established,resulting in the completion of a digital-intelligent lo-gistics production line for wheel billets.This provides key technological support for the digital trans-formation of logistics in wheel manufacturing.
