火电机组自动化控制系统报警优化研究OA
Research on Alarm Optimization for Automation Control System of Thermal Power Units
针对火电机组自动化控制系统报警存在的虚假报警频发、优先级混乱及逻辑关联不足等问题,研究采用负荷工况识别与动态阈值调整、传感器信号滤波与多源数据融合、报警分级标准化及因果链逻辑优化等方法,并结合可视化界面改进,以提升操作员对报警的响应效率.结果表明,系统虚假报警显著减少,高优先级报警更为突出,操作员平均响应时间缩短,整体安全性与可靠性得到提高,从而为报警系统优化提供了可行的技术路径.
Addressing issues such as frequent false alarms,disorganized priority levels,and insufficient logical correlation in the alarm system of thermal power unit automation control systems,this research adopts methods including load condition identification with dynamic threshold adjust-ment,sensor signal filtering with multi-source data fusion,alarm classification standardization,and causal chain logic optimization.These were combined with improvements to the visualization in-terface to enhance operator response efficiency to alarms.The results indicate a significant reduction in false alarms,more prominent high-priority alarms,and a shortened average operator response time,thereby improving overall system safety and reliability.This provides a feasible technical path-way reference for alarm system optimization.
