明代辽藩《东垣十书》在东亚的传播与接受OA

Dong Yuan Shi Shu(《东垣十书》Ten Books by Li Dongyuan)is a medical compendium compiled by the Ming Dynasty Liao Fan(辽藩peerage of the Prince of Liao and its imperial family)court,bringing together the medical theories of eminent physicians such as Li Gao(李杲)and Zhu Danxi(朱丹溪).The work exerted a profound influence on medical exchanges among China,Japan,and Korea.This article systematically examines the textual evolution,edition variations,and patterns of cultural reception of Dong Yuan Shi Shu during its transmission across East Asia.The study reveals that in its domestic circulation,the collection underwent repeated revisions and expansions:the number of constituent medical texts increased from ten to twelve,while pseudonymous prefaces and annotations were added,resulting in significant inter-edition discrepancies and a complex textual lineage.After its introduction to Korea,the work received strong official support.It was printed multiple times,and was used as a medical teaching text.In particular,Ge Zhi Yu Lun(《格致余论》Further Discourses on the Acquisition of Knowledge through Profound Study)came to be regarded as a crucial link in Sino-Korean medical exchange,contributing to the development of indigenous Korean medicine.In Japan,Dong Yuan Shi Shu was disseminated and localized through movable-type printing and the addition of kunten reading marks,becoming an important foundation for the later construction of Li-Zhu medical lineages and promoting the development of Kampo medicine.This study aims to elucidate the transregional dissemination and influence of the medical thought of Li Gao and Zhu Danxi,and to provide historical insights for the contemporary international transmission of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
