面向微波无线能量传输的大功率压控振荡器研究进展OA
Research progress on large power Voltage-Controlled Oscillator for Microwave Wireless Power Transfer
微波无线能量传输(MWPT)系统中,大功率高效率固态源的研究一直受到广泛关注.传统固态微波源采用级联放大器结构,而大功率压控振荡器(VCO)由单只放大器与反馈回路组成,具有设计电路简单,尺寸小且成本低的优势.本文对微波源的类型进行了分类概述,阐释了大功率压控振荡器在微波无线能量传输中的应用价值.回顾了大功率振荡器的设计历史,总结了大功率振荡器实现压控调谐的途径,给出了基本设计方法与建议,并对未来研究方向进行了展望.
Research on high-power high-efficiency solid-state sources has received extensive attention in Microwave Wireless Power Transfer(MWPT)systems.Conventional solid-state microwave sources adopt cascaded amplifier architectures,whereas high-power Voltage-Controlled Oscillators(VCOs)consist of a single amplifier with a feedback loop,offering advantages of simple circuit design,compact size,and low cost.This paper provides a classification and overview of microwave source types,and elucidates the application value of high-power VCOs in MWPT.The design history of high-power oscillators is reviewed,and the approaches to achieve voltage-controlled tuning in high-power oscillators are summarized.Basic design methods and recommendations are presented,and future research directions are also discussed.
