熊果苷抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Mechanisms Underlying the Antitumor Effects of Arbutin
熊果苷是一种天然酚类糖苷,广泛存在于多种植物中,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤作用.近年来,对于熊果苷抗肿瘤作用的研究越来越丰富,内容集中在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤细胞增殖迁移、调控信号通路、诱导细胞衰老作用机制等方面,这表明熊果苷具有作为抗肿瘤药物的潜力.然而,尽管已经发现了熊果苷的多种生物活性作用,但针对其抗肿瘤作用的机制目前仍具有较大争议.本文对熊果苷抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展进行综述,以期进一步挖掘其应用于肿瘤治疗的潜能和机制,为今后临床转化研究提供参考,推动熊果苷的抗肿瘤应用.
Arbutin is a natural phenolic glycoside widely found in various plants and exhibits antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antitumor effects.In recent years,research on the antitumor effects of arbutin has become increasingly extensive,focusing on mechanisms such as inducing apoptosis in tumor cells,counteracting oxidative stress,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and migration,regulating signaling pathways,and promoting cellular senescence.These findings suggest that arbutin holds potential as an antitumor agent.However,despite the identification of multiple biological activities of arbutin,the mechanisms underlying its antitumor effects remain contentious.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on the antitumor mechanisms of arbutin,aiming to further explore its potential and mechanisms in cancer therapy,offer insights for future clinical translation studies,and promote the application of arbutin in antitumor treatments.
