西帕依固龈液辅助治疗扁桃体术后疼痛的效果分析OA

Objective To evaluate the auxiliary effect of Xipaiyiguyin Liquid on post-tonsillectomy pain and provide a new treatment approach for the postoperative recovery of patients.Methods Sixty patients who underwent tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 30 patients was treated with budesonide inhalation combined with cefuroxime sodium injection,while the study group of 30 patients was treated with Xipaiyiguyin Liquid as a gargle,on the basis of the control group.The grading of throat discomfort symptoms and pain scores at different times after tonsillectomy were compared between the two groups.The time of white membrane shedding at the incision,systemic inflammatory indicators such as C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6),and patient satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the study group at 6 hours and 72 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The time of white membrane shedding in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The systemic inflammatory indicators such as CRP and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The patient satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xipaiyiguyin Liquid has a significant auxiliary effect in the treatment of pain after tonsillectomy.
