CSAG-1、CD4+及CD8+在宫颈癌肿瘤微环境中的表达与预后的相关分析OA
Correlation Analysis of CSAG-1,CD4+,and CD8+Expression in the Cervical Cancer Microenvironment with Prognosis
目的 探究软骨肉瘤相关因子(CSAG-1)、CD4+及CD8+在宫颈癌肿瘤微环境中的表达与预后的关系.方法 随机选取91例在我院住院手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,收集患者术后病理包括宫颈癌灶组织及癌旁组织,检测患者病灶组织中CSAG-1、CD4+及CD8+表达情况,通过单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析组织的免疫组化表达情况与患者术后5年的预后关系,采用Cox比例风险回归分析影响患者术后5年预后的相关因素.结果 CSAG-1阳性表达与宫颈癌的肿瘤直径大小及盆腔淋巴结转移情况具有正相关性(P<0.05).CD4+、CD8+阳性表达与宫颈癌的肿瘤直径大小及盆腔淋巴结转移情况呈负相关(P<0.01).结论 通过整合病灶微环境表达水平和患者临床病理,可成为临床评估宫颈癌患者术后预后的方法.
Objective To investigate the expression levels of chondrosarcoma-associated gene 1 protein(CSAG-1),CD4+,and CD8+in the cervical cancer microenvironment,as well as their correlation with patient prognosis.Methods 91 patients who underwent surgi-cal treatment at our Hospital were randomly selected for this study.Postoperative pathological samples,including cervical cancer focal tissues and adjacent normal tissues,were collected.The expressions of CSAG-1,CD4+,and CD8+in the focal tissues were detected and analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to evaluate the relationship between immunohistochemical expression levels and the patients'5-year postoperative prognosis.Additionally,Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing the patients'5-year postoperative prognosis.Results CSAG-1 positive expression was positively correlated with tumor diameter and pelvic lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer(P<0.05).CD4+and CD8+positive expression showed a negative correlation with tumor diameter and pelvic lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer(P<0.01).Conclusion By integrating the expression profiles of the fo-cal microenvironment with the patients' clinical and pathological characteristics,this approach can serve as a method for clinically assessing the postoperative prognosis of cervical cancer patients.
