"治理"维度下的公民道德建设,凸显了在国家治理现代化的大背景中构建具有中国特色的社会主义道德体系和公民道德品质的价值意蕴.从道德教育到道德治理,是国家治理现代化语境中对公民道德建设的新认识,其旨归是要从法治、自治、共治三个层面建构公民道德的治理体系.法治为道德治理提供有力的制度保障,而公民主体的自治则是道德治理的内生动力.无论是外在的约束,还是内在的自觉,最终需构建由政府、学校、家庭、社会机构等多元治理主体平等参与的道德协同机制.
The construction of civic morality under the'governance'dimension highlights the value implications of building a socialist moral system and civic moral quality with Chinese characteristics in the context of modernizing national governance.From moral education to moral governance,it represents a new understanding of civic morality construction in the context of modernizing national governance,with the ultimate goal of constructing a governance system for civic morality at 3 levels:rule of law,autonomy,and co-governance.The rule of law provides a strong institutional guarantee for moral governance,while the autonomy of the citizen as the main body is the endogenous driving force of moral governance.Whether it is external constraints or internal consciousness,it ultimately relies on a moral coordination mechanism that involves equal participation from multiple governance entities,such as the gov-ernment,schools,families,and social institutions.
