高层次科技人才成长成才规律的研究与启示OACHSSCD
Growth and Success Patterns of High-Level Scientific and Technological Talents:Insights from an Analysis of 13 Academicians Trained at Southwest Jiaotong University During the Emei Era
本文结合人才成长的不同阶段,通过对西南交通大学峨眉时期 13 位院士的成长成才经历进行分析,探讨高层次科技人才的成长规律及其影响因素.研究发现,扎实的基础能力培养、教师的言传身教、创新能力训练、产学研结合以及国际化视野的拓展等是关键因素;学校在这一时期也服务国家战略需求,采取强化教育教学改革、优化师资队伍、推动学科交叉融合、创造良好实践条件等措施,为高层次科技人才的成长提供了有力支撑.
This paper integrates different stages of talent development and analyzes the growth experiences of eleven academicians from the Southwest Jiaotong University Emei period,exploring the growth patterns and influencing factors of high-level sci-tech talents.The study finds that key factors include solid foundational ability cultivation,teachers'role modeling through words and deeds,innovation capability training,industry-academia-research integration,and the expansion of an international perspective.During this period,the university also provided strong support for the growth of high-level sci-tech talents by serving national strategic needs,strengthening education and teaching reforms,optimizing the faculty team,and promoting interdisciplinary integration.The research results of this paper will provide experience and insights for universities in cultivating top-notch innovative talents,and will also offer a theoretical basis and practical reference for the formulation of relevant talent policies.
