成长思维促进学业投入:心理机制、神经基础及协同干预OACHSSCD

Growth mindset promotes academic engagement:Psychological mechanisms,neural foundations and synergistic intervention

本研究拟通过 11 项子研究系统探讨成长思维对学业投入的心理机制与神经基础,并检验其干预效果.研究 1(含 5 项子研究)运用多种方法揭示成长思维影响学业投入的心理机制;研究 2(含 2 项子研究)采用事件相关电位等技术,探究成长思维影响学业投入的神经活动依据;研究 3(含 4项子研究)开发了一种预先注册的协同干预方案,结果表明,相较于传统干预方式,该新方案能显著提升生命意义感与学业投入水平,且生命意义在二者间起显著中介作用.本研究成果兼具科学价值与实践意义,有望为促进学业投入提供新的路径.

This study systematically investigated the psychological mechanisms and neural correlates of how growth mindset influences academic engagement through eleven sub-studies,while also evaluating the effects of interventions.Study 1(five sub-studies)utilized a multi-method approach to examine the psychological pathways through which growth mindset is linked to academic engagement.Study 2(two sub-studies)employed event-related potentials(ERPs)to identify neural correlates underlying the influence of growth mindset on academic engagement.Study 3(four sub-studies)developed and tested a pre-registered collaborative intervention program,finding that compared to traditional approaches,the program significantly enhanced both sense of meaning in life and academic engagement,with meaning in life serving as a significant mediator.These findings offer scientific contributions and practical implications for promoting academic engagement.
