新疆规模化牧场基因组选择效果验证OA
Verification of genome selection effect of size of large-scale pasture in Xinjiang
[目的]基于荷斯坦奶牛生产性能测定和基因组遗传评估结果,分析荷斯坦母牛基因组选择效果及可行性.[方法]选择新疆规模化牧场534头既有基因组遗传评估成绩又有表型数据的荷斯坦母牛,根据基因组检测育种值和生产性能测定数据分别进行排序和分组,并根据淘汰原因、生产寿命、净价值指数分布进行多个分组,分析基因组检测产奶量育种值、生产寿命预期传递力、终生盈利能力预期传递力与成经产牛淘汰率的相关性,比较基因组遗传评估与性能表型之间的分布趋势.[结果]在不同分组中,基因组检测产奶量育种值与305 d产奶量,生产寿命预期传递力和终生盈利能力预期传递力与经产母牛淘汰率呈强相关性,即基因组遗传评估选择结果与基于生产性能测定的表型数据对经产母牛的淘汰选择具有一致性.[结论]荷斯坦母牛的基因组遗传评估比较准确,可以利用基因组选择技术进行母牛群早期准确选择及科学选种选配.
[Objective]To analyze the efficiency and feasibility of genomic selection in Holstein cows based on dairy herd improvement(DHI)data and genomic genetic evaluation.[Methods]A total of 534 Holstein cows with both genomic predicted transmitting ability(GPTA)and phenotypic records from large-scale dairy farms in Xinjiang were selected and grouped by GPTA and DHI data.Groupings were also conducted according to culling reasons,productive life and net merit index(NM).Correlations between GPTA for milk yield,productive life,NM and cow culling rate were analyzed,and the consistency between genomic evaluation and phenotypic performance was compared.[Results]Strong correlations were found between GPTA for milk yield and 305 days milk yield,as well as between GPTA for productive life,NM$and cow culling rate.Genomic genetic evaluation was consistent with phenotypic data in cow culling decisions.[Conclusion]Genomic evaluation of Holstein cows is sufficiently accurate and can be used for early precise selection and scientific breeding and mating of cow populations.
