18个无核葡萄品种在吐鲁番市栽植的表现OA
Performance of eighteen seedless grape cultivars in Turpan City
[目的]目前新疆吐鲁番市的无核葡萄品种单一,筛选适宜在吐鲁番市种植的优质无核葡萄品种,不仅可以丰富吐鲁番市葡萄种植品种的结构,还可以提高经济效益.[方法]以18个无核葡萄品种为试验对象,开展物候期观测、开花结实特性调查、果实内外品质指标测定等相关试验.[结果]吐鲁番市18个无核葡萄品种生长物候期为94~152 d;'火焰无核'坐果率最高,达到67.07%,'黑奇无核'最低,为37.99%,'碧香无核'可溶性固形物含量最高,为28.29%,'奇妙无核'可滴定酸含量最高,为0.47 g/L,'无核紫'总糖含量最高,达到161.10 mg/g,'炎兴无核'维生素C含量最高,为4.6 mg/kg;进一步利用主成分分析法对16个指标进行综合评价.[结论]'森田尼无核''碧香无核''克瑞森无核''火焰无核'这4个品种排序较前,具有在吐鲁番市大面积推广的潜力,其余品种可作为特色品种进行小范围推广.
[Objective]At present,the seedless grape cultivars in Turpan city are single.Screening high-quality seedless grape cultivars suitable for planting in Turpan city can not only enrich the structure of grape planting cultivars in Turpan city,but also improve their economic benefits.[Methods]18 seedless grape cultivars were used as test objects to carry out phenological observation,flowering and fruiting characteristics investigation,fruit internal and external quality index determination and other related tests.[Results]The results revealed that the growth phenology of 18 seedless grape cultivars in Turpan area ranged from 94 to 152 days.The highest fruit setting rate of'Flame seedless'was 67.07%,and the lowest was 37.99%of'Fantasy seedless'.The highest soluble solids content of'Bixiang Seedless'was 28.29%,the highest titratable acid content of'Wonderful seedless'was 0.47 g/L,the highest total sugar content of'Black monukka'was 161.10 mg/g,and the highest vitamin C content of'Yanxing Seedless'was 4.6 mg/kg.The principal component analysis method was further used to comprehensively evaluate the 16 indicators.[Conclusion]The analysis results revealed that the high ranking of these four cultivars:'Centianni seedless''Bixiang seedless''Crimson seedless','Flame Seedless'have the potential to be promoted in a large area in Turpan,and the remaining cultivars can be promoted as characteristic cultivars in a small area.
