畜禽养殖粪便中31种多类抗生素残留的测定OA
Determination of 31 Multi-class Antibiotic Residues in livestock and Poultry Breeding Manure
通过比较,优化前处理方法,建立一种固相萃取—高效液相色谱串联质谱快速检测畜禽粪便(鸡粪)中磺胺类、四环素类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素类共5大类31种抗生素的检测方法.样品经提取液萃取后,通过HLB小柱对样品进行富集和净化.液相色谱选用C18柱,以0.2%甲酸—水和乙腈作为流动相对样品进行梯度洗脱分离.该方法31种抗生素的检出回收率为58.9%~97.7%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~11.5%.该方法适用于畜禽粪便(鸡粪)中多类抗生素的残留检测.
Through the comparison and optimization of the pretreatment methods,a rapid detection method for 31 antibiotics,including sulfonamides,tetracyclines,macrolides,fluoroquinolones and chloramphenicols,in livestock and poultry manure(chicken manure)was established via solid-phase extraction(SPE)combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were enriched and purified by an HLB(Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance)column after sample extraction.The separation was performed on a C18 column with gradient elution,using 0.2%formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as the mobile phases.The recoveries of the 31 antibiotics ranged from 58.9%to 97.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 3.2%to 11.5%.This method is applicable to the determination of multi-class antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry manure(chicken manure).
