Community Characteristics of Phytoplankton in Baiyangdian Lake
为揭示白洋淀浮游植物群落特征及其生态指示作用,对淀区2024年每季度41个点位进行采样调查.研究共鉴定出浮游植物292种,隶属于8门,其中绿藻门(106种)和硅藻门(89种)为优势类群.浮游植物的年均密度为8.27×106 cells/L,季节变化显著,第四季度密度最高(12.80×106 cells/L),第二季度最低(3.50×106 cells/L).群落优势类群呈现明显的季节演替特征:第一季度和第二季度以硅藻门为主,第三、四季度则蓝藻门占优势.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数分析表明,浮游植物群落多样性和均匀度整体处于良好水平.空间上,鸪丁淀区水生态状况最优,而端村区和南刘庄区相对较差.当前淀区浮游植物群落结构总体稳定.研究结果可为白洋淀水生态系统保护与管理提供科学依据.
To reveal the community characteristics of phytoplankton and its ecological indicative role in Baiyangdian Lake,a quarterly sampling survey was carried out at 41 sites across the lake area in 2024.A total of 292 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla were identified,with Chlorophyta(106 species)and Bacillariophyta(89 species)as the dominant groups.The annual average density of phytoplankton was 8.27×106 cells/L with significant seasonal variations,and the highest density was observed in the fourth quarter(12.80×106 cells/L),while the lowest was in the second quarter(3.50×106 cells/L).The dominant community showed clear seasonal succession characteristics,with Bacillariophyta dominating in the first and second quarters,while Cyanophyta dominating in the third and fourth quarters.Analysis of the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H)and Pielou evenness index(J)demonstrated that the overall diversity and evenness of the phytoplankton community were at a good level.Spatially,the Gudingdian area exhibited the optimal aquatic ecological status,whereas the Duancun and Nanliuzhuang areas were relatively inferior.In conclusion,the phytoplankton community structure in Baiyangdian Lake was generally stable.The results of this study could provide a reliable scientific basis for the protection and management of the aquatic ecosystem in Baiyangdian Lake.
