有机硅行业危险废物利用处置现状与管理对策研究OA

Research on Status and Management Countermeasures for Hazardous Waste Utilization and Disposal in the Silicone Industry

应用集成物质流分析与生命周期评价方法,构建有机硅行业危险废物"产生—利用处置—环境影响"的评估模型.通过该模型系统分析新疆2022-2024年有机硅行业企业危险废物相关数据,识别出HW11类精馏残渣为主要污染源,其占比达54.8%;结果还显示填埋率与处置成本呈显著正相关,填埋率每增加10%,处置成本上升206元/吨.据此提出"工艺优化—资源再生—智能监管"三位一体解决方案,为实现有机硅行业绿色低碳转型提供了理论模型与路径支持.

An integrated material flow analysis(MFA)and life cycle assessment(LCA)method was employed to establish an assessment model for the generation,utilization,and environmental impact of hazardous waste in the silicone industry.This model was employed to systematically analyze the hazardous waste data of enterprises in the Xinjiang silicone industry from 2022 to 2024,and HW11 distillation residue was identified as the primary hazardous waste pollutant,accounting for 54.8%.The results further indicated that the landfill rate was significantly and positively correlated with disposal costs.For every 10%increase in the landfill rate,the disposal cost increased by 206 yuan per ton.Based on the above results,a three-in-one integrated solution of process optimization,resource regeneration,and intelligent supervision was proposed,which provided a theoretical basis and path guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of the silicone industry.
