气化灰水pH与氯离子波动原因及控制措施OA
Causes of pH and Chloride Ion Fluctuation in Coal Gasification Ash Water and Corresponding Control Measures
为解决严寒区水煤浆气化装置灰水pH(偏离7.0~9.0控制指标)与氯离子(超500 mg/L限值)波动引发的设备腐蚀、结垢及环保合规风险,以当地某企业多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置为研究对象,通过现场数据监测、工艺参数追溯及原料特性分析,识别波动核心因素并制定管控措施.结果表明,pH波动由尿素废液水质变化、高碱金属Q煤掺烧比例调整、煤浆添加剂过量及制浆工艺水水质波动导致;氯离子波动源于冬季氯化钙防冻剂引入、原料煤掺烧比例改变及氯离子滴定仪分析偏差.经调控,灰水pH稳定于8.5~8.9,氯离子浓度控制在400 mg/L以下,既解决了设备腐蚀结垢问题,又确保了灰水排污及潜在外排场景下的环保达标.该措施可为严寒区同类气化装置灰水治理及环保合规提供参考.
To address the risks of equipment corrosion,scaling,and non-compliance with environmental standards caused by fluctuations in ash water pH(deviating from the control index of 7.0~9.0)and chloride ion concentration(exceeding the limit of 500 mg/L)in coal-water slurry gasification units in severe cold areas,a multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasification unit of a local enterprise was selected as the research object.The core factors causing the fluctuations were identified through on-site data monitoring,process parameter tracing,and raw material characteristic analysis,and corresponding control measures were formulated.The results indicated that pH fluctuation was attributed to changes in the quality of urea wastewater,adjustments in the blending ratio of high-alkali metal Q coal,excessive dosage of coal slurry additives,and fluctuations in water quality during the pulping process.Chloride ion fluctuation was caused by the addition of calcium chloride antifreeze in winter,changes in the blending ratio of raw coal,and analytical deviations of the chloride ion titrator.After the implementation of the proposed control measures,the pH value of ash water was stably controlled within 8.5~8.9,and the chloride ion concentration was effectively controlled below 400 mg/L,which not only eliminated the problems of equipment corrosion and scaling but also ensured compliance with environmental protection standards for both normal and potential ash water discharge scenarios.The proposed control measures can provide a reference for ash water treatment and environmental compliance of similar gasification units in severe cold areas.
