青霉素降解菌的筛选鉴定及其降解特性研究OA
Study on the Screening,Identification,and Degradation Characteristics of Penicillin-degrading Bacteria
从某制药厂青霉素菌渣有机肥施用土壤中分离筛选出5株青霉素抗性菌株,并对其进行青霉素降解效率测定,选取其中1株青霉素高效降解菌,对其菌株形态、生理生化特性和生物安全性进行研究.结果表明,该青霉素高效降解菌127-1(Bacillus wiedmannii,NR_152 692.1)经16S rDNA序列分子鉴定判定其为威德曼芽孢杆菌,菌株127-1在48 h内对高浓度(1 000 μg/mL)青霉素降解率高达99.93%,在培养温度为4~45℃中均能生长,pH=8.0,盐度<3%为其最适宜生长条件.此外,菌株127-1具有良好的促生功能特性,对环境适应性较强,显示出优良的应用潜力.
Five penicillin-resistant strains were isolated and screened from the soil applied with penicillin residue organic fertilizer from a pharmaceutical factory,and their penicillin degradation efficiency was determined.One penicillin-efficient degrading bacterium was selected to study its morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics and biosafety.The results showed that strain 127-1(Bacillus wiedmannii,NR_152692.1),a highly efficient penicillin-degrading bacterium,was identified as Bacillus wiedmannii by 16S rDNA sequence molecular identification.The degradation rate of penicillin with high concentration(1000 μg/mL)by strain 127-1 was as high as 99.93%within 48 hours.Strain 127-1could grow at 4~45℃,and the optimum growth conditions were pH=8.0 and salinity<3%.In addition,strain 127-1 has good growth-promoting functional characteristics and strong environmental adaptability,showing excellent application potential.
