含油污泥处理残渣综合利用对土壤环境的影响OA
Impacts of Comprehensive Utilization of Oily Sludge Treatment Residues on Soil Environment
以新疆油田含油污泥热解残渣和热洗还原土为研究对象,筛选出处理残渣的特征污染物为石油烃(C10-C40)、苯、钡.利用土柱实验模拟降雨下含油污泥处理残渣直接填埋的综合利用方式,对比不同条件下实验土壤中的特征污染物含量,实验发现还原土综合利用土壤中的石油烃(C10-C40)、苯、钡等浓度均未产生明显变化,且浓度明显低于标准值,内梅罗污染指数法评价土壤污染等级为清洁.热解残渣表现出明显的疏水疏油特性,实验周期内在设定的降水量条件下,雨水未能完全穿透残渣层,污染物未随雨水向下迁移至下层土壤.结果说明此次实验条件下热解残渣和还原土以填埋方式综合利用对土壤环境影响较小.
The pyrolysis residue and hot-washing reclaimed soil of oily sludge from Xinjiang oilfield were taken as the research objects.The characteristic pollutants of the the treatment residues were selected as petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40),benzene and barium.Soil column experiments were conducted to simulate the comprehensive utilization method of direct landfill of oily sludge treatment residues under rainfall,and the concentrations of characteristic pollutants in the experimental soils under different conditions were compared.The results showed that the concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons(C10-C40),benzene,and barium in the soils subjected to comprehensive utilization of the reduced soil did not change significantly,and the concentrations were significantly lower than the standard values.The Nemero pollution index method classified the soil as clean in terms of pollution level.The pyrolysis residue showed obvious hydrophobic and oleophobic characteristics.Under the preset precipitation regime throughout the experiment,rainwater failed to fully penetrate the residue layer,and thus the pollutants did not migrate downward with infiltrating rainwater to the underlying soil.These results confirmed that the comprehensive utilization of pyrolysis residue and reduced soil through landfill showed a negligible impact on the soil environment under the present experimental conditions.
