PDCA循环在降低医院药品过期报损率的实践研究OA
Practical research on the application of PDCA cycle in reducing the rate of expired drug loss in hospi-tals
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理法在降低医院药品过期报损率中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年5月-2023年4月我院过期药品报损数据作为干预前对照.自2023年5月起实施PDCA循环管理,包括问题分析、目标设定、优化库存策略(借助大数据调控采购量与频次)、强化药库在滞销、近效期药品处置的核心位置等,评估干预后周期(2023年5月-2025年4月)的实施成效.结果 实施PDCA管理后,过期药品报损总金额由干预前的24 845.82元下降至4 137.31元,降幅达83.35％,其中调节水、电解质平衡类药物和急救药品,降幅均超过98.81％.结论 PDCA循环管理可显著降低医院药品过期报损率,减少经济损失,尤其是在国家药品集采政策背景下,对提升医院药事精细化管理具有一定参考意义.
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle management in reducing the rate of expired drug loss in hospitals.Methods Expired drug loss data from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the pre-intervention control.Starting from May 2023,PDCA cycle management was implemented,which included problem analysis,goal setting,optimization of inventory strategies(adjusting procurement volume and frequency via big data),and strengthening the central role of the pharmacy in handling slow-moving and near-expiry drugs.The effectiveness was evaluated during the post-intervention period(May 2023 to April 2025).Results After the implementation of PDCA management,the total amount of ex-pired drug loss decreased from 24 845.82 yuan to 4 137.31 yuan,a reduction of 83.35％.Specifically,drugs for regulating wa-ter and electrolyte balance and emergency drugs saw a reduction of over 98.81％.Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly reduce the rate of expired drug loss in hospitals and minimize economic losses.Especially under the background of the national centralized drug procurement policy,it holds certain reference significance for improving the refined management of hospital pharmacy affairs.
