新时代医生素养重构:知行合一与人机协同的范式变革OA

The deep penetration of digital intelligence technology is driving a fundamental transformation in the medical paradigm,posing severe challenges to the traditional competency system of physicians.This paper constructs a new-era physician competency model that features an internal cyclical logic of"integrating knowledge with action"and an external empowerment framework of"human-machine collaboration".The model encompasses five core dimensions:hardcore digital literacy,solid med-ical core,upgraded humanism and communication,continuous learning and adaptability,and forward-looking ethics and law.By analyzing the transformation pathways from"knowledge to action"and the mechanisms of human-machine collaboration within each dimension,this paper proposes that physicians in the new era should achieve a role integration from"clinical archaeologists"to"technology curators",completing an identity leap from technology users to proactive explorers and agents of change in the healthcare sector.
